2. Unification of Payment Functions at Linker Bank

UX/UI Design Project Goals:​

1. ​Unifying the User Experience:

  • Goal: Create an intuitive and streamlined interface that unifies the payment functions (trusted beneficiary, bulk payment, and unified payment) into a single payment flow.

  • Objective: Eliminate the complexity of different screens and processes, ensuring that the user has a consistent and smooth experience when making any type of payment.

2. Preventing Late Fees and Interest:

  • Goal: Implement alert and tracking features that notify users of upcoming payment due dates or incorrect dates, minimizing the risk of delays and the subsequent charges of late fees and interest.

  • Objective: Integrate smart notifications to help users avoid date errors, ensuring that payments are made on time without additional costs.

3. Easy Access and Payment Tracking:

  • Goal: Develop a centralized dashboard where users can easily track the status of their payments, including individual, bulk, and unified payments.

  • Objective: Provide users with a clear and transparent real-time view of their completed, pending, and scheduled payments, with detailed information about beneficiaries, amounts, and deadlines.

4. Efficiency in Bulk and Unified Payment Processing:

  • Goal: Ensure that bulk payment and unified payment functions are intuitive and fast, with the ability to preview and confirm before final execution.

  • Objective: Facilitate the management of multiple payments efficiently and error-free, enabling a quick and seamless process, especially for recurring payments.

5. Optimization of Performance and Usability:

  • Goal: Ensure that the solution performs at a high level, with quick response times and clear interactions, even for users with limited experience with digital banking services.

  • Objective: Guarantee that the interface is fast, responsive, and easy to use, allowing efficient navigation for all types of users, regardless of their familiarity with digital platforms.
